AGM - Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Stanway u3a will be held prior to the Monthly Members Meeting in Stanway Village Hall at 2pm on Friday 13^th November 2026.

Voting will take place in advance by electronic and postal means, with the results reported at the AGM.  All members returning a voting form by post or online will be deemed to have participated in the AGM and count towards the required quorum.

This is in accordance with the resolution passed by the Trustees of Stanway u3a on Tuesday, June 9,  2026. 

Full documentation for the AGM will be sent to all current members in a special mailing in late September. 

Nominations have been invited for new committee members.
